This is to bid your project, get qualified bids based on your plans, and hold to better cost to build.
BEFORE, design phase:
We can also give "ballpark" estimate, we need rough sketches or similar projects you like(inspiration pics) and too see the site and can do so.
You can expect this to be 3-5% of the building estimate.
